Our approach brings together two complementary backgrounds: an understanding of the building and its energy performance, and the coordination and completion of the work on site. This combination helps connect the needs observed to work that is clearly explained and well organized.
Julien Chaput-Lemay, MBA
Julien Chaput-Lemay has led Groupe Ecoplus since 2020 and Isolation Mael Construction since 2026. His experience in energy efficiency and in leading a building technical expertise firm helps connect the conditions observed to the work being considered. An MBA graduate, he also brings more than twenty-five years of experience in management, planning and leadership.

Éric Comte
Co-owner, Vice-President and Director of Operations
Éric Comte brings more than ten years of experience in residential construction, insulation and operations coordination. He led Isolation Mael Construction from 2020 to 2026, handling estimating, planning, procurement, crew supervision and client follow-up. His experience helps prepare the work and coordinate how it is carried out on site.

No remote diagnosis: the right work is determined from your actual building.

The right material depends on how the building is built and on the needs of the project, not on a solution imposed in advance.
We also tell you what we don’t do
We do not carry out mould decontamination and can refer you to appropriate resources. A project involving asbestos is not automatically ruled out: appropriate checks and any required specialist arrangements must be defined before the affected work.
